Slovenian cuisine is one of the best kept secrets in Europe. This is a popular type of traditional "fast food" in this bastion of slow food to be found. This is the burek, comein Slovenia from the Balkans and a popular snack all over the world from Istanbul to Ljubljana. These are usually filled with meat, cheese or apples and are a kind of layer, blow on the cake. You can participate in many take-away restaurants.
